The employee will be able to submit a remote working request that exceeds the maximum days permitted under the remote working policy, but a message will appear notifying the employee that the maximum days permitted under that remote working policy have been exceeded. HR, the manager and the shared approver (if any) will receive a notification informing them that the employee has submitted a remote working request that exceeds the maximum days permitted under the remote working policy.
