How is the weekly overtime threshold calculated for part-time employees?

The weekly overtime threshold is based on a work rate of 100%. If an employee works less than 100%, it can be pro-rated (the system administrator can activate this option). For example, if the weekly threshold is 3 hours for an employee with a 100% work rate, it will be 1.8 hours for an employee with a 60% work rate (0.6 x 3 = 1.8).
