Can I set the annual maximum overtime hours to be pro-rated based on the employee’s employment start/end date?
Only
System Administrators can configure a pro-rating rule for the length of the
employment during the year. Go to “Administration” in the left sidebar >
“Organization” > “Entities” > select the entity for which you want to
configure the pro-rating rule > select “Timesheets” > then select “Yes”
if you want the annual maximum overtime hours to be pro-rated when the
employee works less than the full year, and select “No” if you do not want
the annual maximum overtime hours to be pro-rated.
