The
role of "LTIP Manager" is responsible for desiging the LTIP,
defining the plan rules (e.g., vesting periods), defining which employees are
eligible to participate in the LTIP, managing awards and allocations,
launching the process, managing any unit values (e.g. share prices),
finalising the process, and managing document generation (e.g. confirmation
letters and tax documents). Whilst the UI for managing an LTIP process is
