The list of job titles is managed by HR in the Administration section of the system. This list of job titles is used when creating a new job vacancy. If the job title of a published job needs to be changed, there are 2 possibilities:
1) HR changes the job title in the Administration section of the system, which will also change the job title of any employees that currently use it; and
2) Unpublish the job vacancy, create a new job title and job description in the Administration section, and then create a new job vacancy using the newly created job title and description.
