Guests participate in the recruitment process and can review job applications, make recommendations on who to interview, and write interview evaluations. They can also have discussions within the system with the hiring manager, other guests and recruitment managers (within HR). Guests see their own recommendations and interview evaluations but they cannot see what has been entered into the system by other people involved in the recruitment process.
