The system does not allow you to delete applications as this would affect reporting (i.e. the ability to generate statistics) and prevent you from knowing whether the applicant has applied for other job vacancies in the past. However, before being able to submit a job application, applicants are required to give their consent for their data to be stored for 24 months and then anonymized. Recruitment Managers (within HR) can also anonymise a job application at any time.
