How can I configure a remote working policy to be pro-rated for employees' work rate and/or the number of days of employment in the year?
Only System Administrators can enable pro-rating for work rate and/or for the number of calendar days of employment in the year when creating or editing a remote working policy. To do so when adding a new policy, go to "Administration" in the left sidebar > "Remote Working" > "Policies" > click on "Add" > under "Options" select "Pro-rate for work rate" and/or "Pro-rate for number of calendar days of employment in the year". To apply these options to an existing remote working policy, go to "Administration" in the left sidebar > "Remote Working" > "Policies" > click on the eye icon next to the relevant remote working policy > under "Options" select "Pro-rate for work rate" and/or "Pro-rate for number of calendar days of employment in the year".
