| System Administrators can make it obligatory for employees to add a note when submitting a remote working request, when adding a new remote working type, or to an already existing remote working type. Go to "Administration" > "Remote Working" > click on "Types" > click on "Add" > under options tick the box next to "Notes Required". For existing remote working types, go to "Administration" > "Remote Working" > click on "Types" > click on the eye icon next to the remote working type for which you want to make the notes mandatory > click on the pencil icon next to "Options" > tick the box next to "Notes Required" > click on "✓". |
