How do I change an already submitted remote working request?

Once an employee has submitted a remote working request the status shows as "Pending". Whilst the status is ''Pending" the employee can modify the request. Once the status is "Approved", the employee can no longer change the remote working request. If it needs to be changed, the employee needs to ask their manager or HR to decline or delete it. The employee can then submit a new request if needed.
