If, on any given day, you work less than your scheduled hours, the negative balance for that day is deducted from the first positive balance in the same week (i.e. the first day that you worked more than scheduled). For example, if you worked 1 hour more than your schedule on Monday and 30 minutes less than your schedule on Friday, the 1 extra hour on Monday is reduced by 30 minutes in this column. This way, the system makes an accurate calculation of weekly working hours, including applying any thresholds and multipliers.
