Is it possible to send to notifications at different phases of the recruitment process (e.g. when a job application is received or an interview evaluation is added)?

Yes. This is done by subscribing to notifications. Go to “Hiring” in the left side bar > click on “Recruitment” > go to “Vacancies” > select the vacancy > then click on the “Subscribe” button.
