Only system administrators can configure the vacation balances rounding. Go to the left sidebar > Click on ''Administration'' > Click on ''Absences'' > Click on ''Settings'' > Click on the pencil icon next to the ''Vacation Balance Rounding'' field > Select the methodology for rounding up or rounding down from the drop-down list.
