How do I set a default number of yearly vacation days (e.g. for new hires)?

Only system administrators can set a default number of yearly vacation days. Go to the left sidebar > Click on ''Administration'' > Click on ''Organization'' > Click on ''Entities''. > Select the entity > Click on the "Absences" tab > Click on the pencil button next to the field "Base Yearly Vacation Days".
