Only System Administrators can archive an entity. Go to "Administration" in the left side bar > "Organization" > then click on "Entities" > select the entity and click on "Archive". Note that you cannot archive an entity if there are still active employees in that entity. You must first transfer the employees to another entity or end their employment.
