How can I modify a reminder on a personal folder or a document?

Global HR can modify any reminder that has already been configured, except for those that have been configured by an employee. Entity HR and Department HR can only modify reminders that they configured themselves. Go to “HR Dashboard” in the left side bar > click on “People” > select the employee > go to their profile > click on the “Personal Folders” tab > click on the bell icon “See reminders” next to the folder name or document name > then click on the pencil icon next to the field you want to modify.
