How do I assign HR access or the HR role to an existing or new employee?

Only system administrators can assign HR roles. HR access can be global, by entity, by department, by location, or by manager.

Global HR access: Go to the left sidebar > Click on ''Administration'' > Click on ''People'' > Click on ''Global HR''.

HR access by entity: Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Organization" > Click on "Entities" > Select the entity > Click on "HR".

HR access by department: Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Organization" > Click on "Departments" > Select the department > Click on ''HR''.

HR access by location: Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Organization" > Click on "Places of work" > Select the place of work > Click on the pencil button next to the place of work > Click on "HR".

HR access by manager: Go to the left sidebar > Click on the "Home" button > Select the manager in the directory of employees > Click on the "(...)" button to open a window with more options > Click on "HR" to open the relevant tab > Enter the name of the person that will be the HR manager for this manager.
