Only HR can see them. Go to the left sidebar > Click on "HR Dashboard" > Click on "People". Deactivated accounts or employees in the system cannot be found on the Home page but only through the HR Dashboard, which means they cannot be seen by employees. Also, deactivated employees appear in the "Employee Master Data" report. Go to the left sidebar > Click on "HR Dashboard" > Click on "People" > Click on "Reports" > Click on "Employee Master Data''.
