Is it possible to have notifications for the 5 and 10 year work anniversaries only and not for each year?

The system is configured to have annual work anniversary alerts because PeopleWeek has clients that celebrate different work anniversaries. You can decide to remove HR from the notification recipients and they can use the birthday report instead.
