| It is not possible to archive a group if that contains entities. Firstly, a System Administrator will need to remove the entities from the group. Once this has been done, the System Administrator can archive the entity group. Go to "Administration" in the left side bar > "Organization" > Click on "Entity Groups" > Select the entity group you want to archive > Then click on "Archive". |
