How can I manage who is able to enable/disable the employees' personal folders notifications?
Only
System Administrators can manage which HRs are able to disable employee personal folders notifications. Go to
"Administration" in the left side bar > click on
"People" > then go to "Notifications" > "Members of HR that can disable employee personal folders notifications". The audience picker tool allows you to select the audience that has
permission to disable this type of notification. You can configure the
audience so that the tab in the "Preferences" section is visible to
everyone with an HR role
. For example, you can select everyone in the HR department or specific people with an HR role. If you select an
individual that does not have an HR
role, the system will know and will not assign them the rights to disable or enable employee personal folder
notifications.
