How do I assign HR access or the HR role for a specific entity, department, place of work or team?

Only system administrators can assign HR roles.

HR access by entity: Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Organization" > Click on "Entities" > Select the entity > Click on "HR".

HR access by department: Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Organization" > Click on "Departments" > Select the department > Click on ''HR''.

HR access by location: Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Organization" > Click on "Places of work" > Select the place of work > Click on the pencil button next to the place of work > Click on "HR".

HR access by manager: Go to the left sidebar > Click on the Home > Find the manager using the search tool > Click on the "(...)" button to open a window with more options > Click on "HR".
