How do I change an employee's division/function?

Only System administrators can change an employee's division/function. Go to the left sidebar > Click on ''Administration'' > Click on ''Organization'' > Click on ''Departments'' > Select the department > Click on the pencil button next to the field ''Division/Function''. The division/function is linked to a department. If the division/function of a department is changed in the administrative section of PeopleWeek, the new division/function will be automatically assigned to all employees in that department (it is not possible to change it manually for one employee).
