Only System Administrators can add flags or change existing ones. Click on ''Administration'', then on ''Recruitment'', then on ''Job Application Flags''. Click on ''Add'' to add a flag or click on the pencil icon to modify an existing flag. Insert the name of the flag and select a color by clicking on the "brush" icon.
