Only Recruitment Managers (within HR) can create job vacancies. Click on "Vacancies" and then click on "Create Vacancy". Complete the job vacancy form and click on "Create the Vacancy". You can click "Publish" to publish the vacancy on your career site. Once submitted, the vacancy will also appear in the vacancies list.
