| Only System Administrators can assign the role of an Exit Interview Manager. Go to "Administration" in the left sidebar > click on "Exit Interviews" > "Managers" > Add the person by entering their name in the search bar or by selecting it from the dropdown list. Note that the Exit Interview Manager role can only be assigned to individuals with an HR role. |
