Only System Administrators can assign the role of a "Document Templates Manager". Go to "Administration" in the left sidebar > "Document Templates" > add the person by entering their name in the search bar or select them from the drop-down list. The role of "Document Templates Manager" can be assigned at an entity or global level (i.e. for all entities).
