Can a Recruitment Manager submit an existing application to a different job vacancy?

Yes. Go to “Hiring” in the left side bar > click on “Recruitment” > go to “Vacancies” > select the vacancy > go to “Applicants Pipeline” > select the applicant > then click on “Link the Job Application" > select the job vacancy > click on “Submit”.
