Only Global Recruitment Managers and Pipeline Managers (if any) can remove stages from a pipeline workflow template. Go to “Hiring” in the left sidebar > “Recruitment” > “Pipeline Configuration” > select the pipeline workflow template from which you want to remove stages > then click on the "Delete" button next to the stage you want to remove. Note that once you have removed the stage it will not longer be visible in the "Applicants Pipeline".
