How can I move an applicant within a pipeline workflow to a different phase, e.g., from "Telephone Interview" phase to "Interview" phase?

When you change an applicant's customised status within the pipeline workflow, the application will move to a different tab in the UI, e.g., from the tab "Telephone Interview" to the tab "Interview".
