Only Global Recruitment Managers can add a Pipeline Manager. For a person to be a Pipeline Manager they must also be an Entity Recruitment Manager. To assign a Pipeline Manager go to the left sidebar > click on "Hiring" > "Recruitment" > "Pipeline Configuration" > Select the relevant template or add a new one > In the field “Pipeline Managers” select an employee from the drop-down list or type the employee’s name.
