Yes. When configuring the email templates, you can add an additional field with a link to a third-party calendar management tool and make it mandatory for the candidate to complet it. Go to "Administration" > "Recruitment" > "Email Templates" > select the entity > click on the email template you want to modify or add a new one > Add the additional field and name it “Calendar Link” (or soemthing similar) > click on “Add” > then click on “Submit”. Go to “Hiring” > “Recruitment” > “Vacancies”> select the vacancy > then “Applicants Pipeline” > select the applicant > click on “Send Email” > select the template with the additional calendar management field > add the link from the calendar > then click on “Submit”.
