| You can select whether you want the interview questionnaire template to be mandatory. Go to “Hiring” in the left sidebar > “Recruitment” > “Vacancies” > select the vacancy > go to “Questionnaire Mandatory” > select “Yes” or “No”. If you select “Yes”, it will be mandatory for all interviewers to complete a questionnaire when submitting their interview evaluation. |
