What should I do if neither the "Manager Hierarchy" nor the "Department Hierarchy" workflow logic is suitable for my organisation?

    Proposal and review workflows can be customised by employee. The "Compensation Manager" needs to select the option "A Specific Person" in the dropdown list when designing the compensation review process.
