How can I add a training request attribute to a training type in order to create a custom field in a training request?

Only System Administrators can add training request attributes. Go to the left sidebar > Click on "Administration" > Click on "Training" > Click on "Training Types" > Click on "+Add" > Click on the "+Add" button below the "Training request attributes" field > Select the type > Complete the required fields > Click "+Add".
