| Only HR can re-open a phase in an objectives review workflow. Go to "HR Dashboard" > click on "Objectives" > "Objective Reviews" > select the objectives review > click on the green box under the phase you want to re-open > click on "Re-open" > add a comment > click on "Re-open the Objectives Review". |
