An evaluation form has been sent to the wrong manager. How can this happen?

The workflows in PeopleWeek are based on the manager reporting relationship. If the wrong manager has been sent an evaluation form to complete it is because the reporting line was wrong in PeopleWeek at the time that the evaluation form was sent by the system. HR need to cancel the evaluation form, fix the reporting line in PeopleWeek, and then the evaluation form needs to be resent.
