Period Review Module allows managers to complete a light touch trial period
review to ensure that the employee has started off well in their new role.
The system can also be configured to send reminders to managers and HR about
trial period end dates, which then acts as a trigger for the manager to
complete a trial period review if that is your organisation’s practice. The
Evaluations Module can also be used by PeopleWeek clients to have customised
trial period review forms, for example because they want a more detailed
trail period review process.
