Do I need to need to set objectives each year or do they carry over to the next year?
If
your organisation uses the Objectives Module for setting setting objectives,
the approved objectives remain active until they have been archived. This
means that you can have objectives that span a longer period than one
performance year. It also makes the objective setting process more efficient
as existing objectives can simply be modified, rather than starting from
scratch. If your organisation sets objectives within an evaluation form, the
objectives do not carry over to the next performance year.
