Only Surveys Managers and System Administrators can send reminders to the audience to complete a survey. The reminders are sent manually and everyone in the audience receives them regardless of whether they have already responded to the survey or not. The reason the reminder is sent to everyone is that the surveys are anonymous, meaning that the system does not identify individuals. To send a reminder, click on “Collaboration” in the left sidebar > “Surveys” > "Manage" > click on the three dots under "Actions" > "Send reminder". There is no limit to the number of reminders that can be sent. However, reminders cannot be sent for surveys that have already been closed.
