How can I assign the role of a "Surveys Manager"?

Only System Administrators can assign the role of "Surveys Managers". Click on “Administration” in the left sidebar > “Surveys” > “Surveys Managers” > Add the person by entering their name in the search bar or select them from the drop-down list.
