"”Attributes” are fields in a list. You can add as many attributes as you require by clicking on the “Add” button when creating a list. Here’s an explanation of what the fields mean:
• “Text” means free text
• “Radio” buttons are used when there are exactly two responses and the user can only select one of them, e.g. a choice of “Yes” or “No”
• “Paragraph” is for longer texts
• “Link” refers to external links
• “Date” means date picker
• “Comments” is free text for adding comments
• “Choice” means that there are multiple choices and only one of them can be selected, e.g. “Yes”, “No”, “Maybe”, “N/A”
• “Checkbox” means multiple responses can be selected"
