Only System Administrators and Projects Managers can assign the role of a project "Administrator". Click on “Collaboration” in the left sidebar > “Projects” > select the relevant project > “Members” > find the employee who you wish to assign as the Administrator of the project > click on the pencil icon and select “Yes” > click on the “✓” button.
