| Only News Managers can assign the role of Channel Author to an employee. Go to "Intranet" in the left side bar > click on "News" > click on "Manage Channels" > click on "+ Create Channel" > in the section "Administrators" add the person by entering their name in the search bar or select them from the drop-down list > click on the "+" to add the employee > click on "+ Add". To assign the role of Channel Author to an employee for an existing news channel, go to "Intranet" in the left side bar > click on "News" > click on "Manage Channels" > select the channel > in the section "Administrators" add the person by entering their name in the search bar or select them from the drop-down list > click on the "+" to add the employee. |
