Why can't I see all fields related to the onboardee, e.g. all personal and professional information, on the Onboarding page?

The Onboarding page only includes data fields that are required to manage the onboarding process. Once the onboarding process has been completed, HR will create an employee profile for the new hire and the employee profile will include all other personal and professional data.
