How can I directly onboard a candidate without using the Recruitment Module?

Go to the left sidebar and click on “HR Dashboard” > “Onboarding” > “+ Start Onboarding”. When an onboardee has not applied for a job vacancy via the Recruitment Module, none of the personal or job-related fields are pre-populated.
