The default configuration is that after the onboarding is completed the documents are transferred to the employee's profile in the “Personal Folders” tab in the folder "Onboarding". It is also possible to have a configuration whereby the folders in the “Onboardee Documents” section are mapped to folders with the same name in employees' profiles. This configuration means that the onboarding documents are automatically transferred to a specific folder once the onboarding is completed, thereby removing the need for any manual transfer of documents by HR.
